Suspension of Operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices, and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services on 01 April 2025 in Observance of Eid’l Fitr

MANILA 27 March 2025 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public that its consular operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) nationwide are suspended on Tuesday, 01 April 2025, in observance of Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan). 

Affected passport and authentication applicants will be accommodated on 31 March 2025. Passport applicants who will not be able to attend this given schedule will still be accommodated within 30 days from their original appointment date until 02 May 2025. Authentication applicants of DFA Aseana who will not be able to attend this given schedule will have to send an email to [email protected] to reschedule their appointments. Authentication applicants of Consular Offices who will not be able to attend on the given date will still be accommodated within 2 weeks from their original appointment date until 17 April 2025. 

All applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot at the same location in their original appointment
