The DFA-ASEANA informs the public that appointment slots for filing Apostille applications will increase to 1,100 daily under the new Online-Appointment-Only System. This system will eliminate walk-ins to improve efficiency and ensure a schedule-based delivery of services for a more convenient client experience.
The month of November will be a transition period when the following changes will be implemented:
- November 1 to 15: Walk-in access will be limited to document owners and immediate family members up to the second degree of consanguinity and spouses.

- November 16 to 30: Only document owners will have access to the walk-in facility.
- Starting December 1, NO MORE WALK-IN CLIENTS will be accommodated. Only clients with online appointments may file applications for Apostille.
Clients with priority needs like the PWDs, senior citizens, and pregnant women may still avail of the walk-in facility in filing Apostille application.

Ipinaalam ng DFA-ASEANA sa publiko na ang mga appointment slot para sa pag-file ng Apostille applications ay itataas hanggang 1,100 araw-araw sa ilalim ng bagong Online-Appointment-Only System. Sa sistemang ito, mawawala na ang walk-ins upang mapabuti ang serbisyo at matiyak ang pagsunod sa schedule ng pagbibigay-serbisyo para sa mas maginhawang karanasan ng mga kliyente.
Ang buwan ng Nobyembre ay magsisilbing transition period kung saan ang mga sumusunod na pagbabago ay ipatutupad:
- Nobyembre 1 hanggang 15: Ang access sa walk-in ay limitado sa mga may-ari ng dokumento at mga malapit na kaanak na hanggang sa ikalawang antas ng pagkakamag-anak, kasama ang mga asawa.

- Nobyembre 16 hanggang 30: Tanging mga may-ari ng dokumento lamang ang magkakaroon ng access sa walk-in facility.
- Simula Disyembre 1: Ang bagong patakarang online appointment-only ay ganap nang ipatutupad, at wala nang tatanggapin na walk-in na kliyente.
Ang mga kliyente na nangangailangan ng prayoridad katulad ng mga PWD, senior citizen, at mga buntis ay maaari pa ring pumasok bilang walk-in para mag-file ng aplikasyon para sa Apostille.
